Baluwatu 9 is a self catering holiday home in Zimbali sleeping six guests. The first floor has three ultra-spacious bedrooms. The main suite is furnished with a King-size bed an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. This room dominates the prime position overlooking multiple fairways and conservation amenities. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the third room is furnished with a double bed. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The design permits sunlight to flood through the bedrooms ensuring a light and bright interior. The double garage leads directly into the property with the ground floor offering the living, dining, and kitchen spaces with an undercover patio leading onto wooden deck and private swimming pool, as well as a flat lawn and lush vegetation. The crisp and clean interiors are a delight and make this an easy home to instantly like. Complimentary four-seater golf cart included.

Cleaning is Mon-Sat excluding Sundays and public holidays, if guests want cleaning on public holidays or Sundays they will have to pay the cleaners R450 directly.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 42 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 360 days before arrival, forfeit 15% of the deposit.
