About Balooga 7

Balooga 7 is a well-positioned self-catering holiday apartment situated within the secure Balooga complex in Margate, offering pleasing sea views and convenient coastal access. A gated pathway from the complex leads directly to Lawrence Rocks beach, located approximately 20 metres away, while the main Margate beach is within an easy 200 metre stroll.

Self-Catering Accommodation

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area designed for relaxed holiday living. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and includes a private en-suite bathroom fitted with both a bath and a shower.

The second bedroom offers two single beds and has its own en-suite shower, toilet, and washbasin. The third and fourth bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds and share a well-appointed bathroom comprising a bath, toilet, and washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, as well as all necessary cutlery and crockery. Additional conveniences include a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, while a breakfast bar with stools provides a practical space for casual meals.

The air-conditioned living area is comfortably furnished with a lounge suite and a flat-screen television. Guests are required to bring their own emergency lighting or candles, along with a DStv decoder and card or an Openview decoder and the necessary connection cables, as no decoder is provided in the apartment.

Sliding doors from the living area open onto a pleasant patio furnished with outdoor seating and a gas braai, making it ideal for relaxed outdoor dining.

On Site Facilities

The apartment includes one allocated parking bay, with additional visitor parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests also have access to the communal swimming pool within the Balooga complex.
