Hi thank you I arrived safely my colleague and I had a good nights rest rooms and surrounding areas were very clean beds were comfortable and the service was really good.

We were very disappointed of such a place, at first we get lost up until we were accompanied by city police, the guy at reception by the name of Jason was so rude even explaining to him that we were lost, The rooms were smelling showing that they were closed for too long full of mosquitos, it wasn't the self catering we were expecting he said we must pay R190 for each room if we change to self cater then we paid and he moved us in the morning but all the equipment we needed was not there we were supposed to move up and down to fetch it in the rooms we were allocated in them at first, and we were still wondering why we were paying that R190 for each room because it seems like we're still using the first one because all what we needed we were supposed to go and fetch it ourselves from the first allocated rooms, even to the self catered one the rooms were small and showers were blocked but we try to stay because we've already paid. I even tell him that what review to write if he treat us like this he said he doesn't care I may write what ever nonsense I like, the pool was dirty full of leaves and soil and we could not swim, beds were uncomfortable meaning they were too old. I regretted the day I was in that place. I don't think this guest house is ready for functioning it still needs more improvement they must not rush money.
