Not cleaned or prepared for arrival. Very dirty, musty, cupboards messy and full of owners belongings. Shelving throughout needs attention as they are not painted. Carpets in bedrooms badly worn & dirty, shower in main bedroom mouldy and dirty & main bathroom dirty. Duvet in main bedroom too small for bed. Dirt behind and under beds, washing machine and furniture throughout. TV screen & surround dirty. Dirty marks on walls and around light switches. Broken & rusted blinds. An enormous amount of cutlery, pots and pans in random disorder in kitchen. Flat old and tired and desperately in need of refurbishment.
