• Cancellation / postponement in excess of 21 days prior to commencement date - 100% refund of the original contracted amount
• Cancellation / postponement within 15 to 21 days prior to commencement date - 25% refund of the original contracted amount
• Cancellation / postponement within 8 to 14 days prior to commencement date - 10% refund of the original contracted amount
• Cancellation / postponement within 1 to 7 days prior to commencement date - No refund, unless prior arrangements were made
