5 Oceans Edge is a beautiful, multi-level modern four bedroom villa. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with King-size beds and two are furnished with twin beds. Two bathrooms are en-suite with showers and there is another shared bathroom with a bath and a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for your self catering requirements and boasts a dishwasher for convenience. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge area has a flat screen TV with satellite channels and complimentary Wi-Fi. The house has air conditioning. The house has a stunning open-plan living space that opens onto a wooden terrace with a gas braai (BBQ) and private pool. Serviced daily except Sundays and Public Holidays.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
