3 Plumtree Villa is a beautiful, spacious, double volume architect designed home with breathtaking views and outstanding entertainment areas. It is bright and sunny, fully furnished to a high standard, and has a private sunny landscaped garden with a relaxing saltwater pool. Relax in one of our three comfortable bedrooms. All bedrooms are well equipped with hair dryers and 100% quality cotton bedding.

Master bedroom:
Double volume, air-conditioned, with king-size bed, satellite TV, underfloor heating, direct access to sunny patio and pool, an open plan en suite marble floored bathroom with Victorian bath and extra large shower.

Second bedroom:
Naturally cool in summer with queen size bed, satellite TV, electric heating, direct access to private leafy patio facing mountainside garden, an en-suite shower and toilet.

Third smaller bedroom:
Double bed, fan, electric heating, full separate bathroom with views.

Sleeper couch:
Luxurious double sleeper couch for those extra guests who may need to stay over.

We have equipped the kitchen and entertainment areas with all that you may require. Modern granite open plan kitchen with tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, full stove, microwave oven, large fridge / freezer, toaster, kettle, filter coffee plunger, blender.

Fully furnished indoor and outdoor dining areas and a double volume tiled lounge with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, CD / radio unit, large picture windows with wonderful valley views opening on easy outdoor living wooden deck. The deck surrounds the sparkling salt water pool with sunny private garden, breathtaking views and BBQ.
