11 Coral Sands holiday apartment in Scottburgh is ideally located near the beach, lagoon and restaurants. This apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. (Note that the unit can unfortunately not accommodate 4 adults as the sleeping facilities are not equipped for this). The tastefully furnished, 1-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate 2 adults with 2 children. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed as well as a ceiling fan, air-conditioning and built-in cupboards. A sleeper couch is available in the lounge. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, ice machine and cooking utensils. The air-conditioned lounge features a TV with DStv Premium and ceiling fans. The complex has a communal braai and fenced swimming area. Secure parking is provided behind an automated gate and the complex and car park are monitored by CCTV cameras. The apartment is wheelchair friendly and there is elevator access to the first floor.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
