About the Randfontein Show
The Randfontein Show promises to be another extravaganza of non-stop fun, moreish food, and top-notch entertainment. Thanks to the variety of things to do and see here, it makes for a fabulous day out for the whole family; young and old(er). This is the 34th Randfontein Show to be held, which means that some of the visitors have been experiencing the fun every year of their life.
This is the biggest business- and socially-orientated event in the West Rand, and attracts hordes of locals and tourists to be part of the awesome vibe. As an added bonus, excellent prices are part of the show’s deal.
The show is held at Greenhills Stadium in Randfontein. Plenty of live entertainment is on offer to make sure that there is always a great vibe. Some of the entertainment highlights include:
The annual events kicks off with a brand new “Afskop” Party on Thursday, 5 March with Die Campbells, Kurt Darren, Dirk van der Westhuizen, Petro de Villiers (The Voice) Vincent Gordon and Sgoob Kwela. Prizes for the best “dancing” couple, lucky draws and loads of fun.
Other performances over the four-day period include Demi-Lee Moore, Robbie Wessels, Theuns Jordaan, Jay, Willem Botha, Lee Scott, Die Wildberries, Juan Boucher and Fatman to name but a few. Bands include Speogwolf, Saarkie Rock Band, Bob Ffole and Hennie De Bruyn Kitaarkêrels.
