ACCOMODATIONZensa's seven guest rooms, all in calming white, are models of simplicity, reflecting the unspoiled nature in which it is located. With design furniture on pure white floors, crisp white bed linen, they are suffused with a feeling of comfort and style. Watch the sunset from your private terrace or patio. These extraordinarily rooms all feature a private bathroom with bath, shower and walk-in wardrobe. Hein Van de Geyn and Cyrille Carreon are happy to welcome you to their place and will aim to make your stay with them an unforgettable one. The large private garden gives Zensa Lodge a feel of spaciousness and tranquility. The pools, jacuzzi and sauna are there to give you all the opportunities to forget about lifes hustle and bustle and find your inner peace. Music is never far away since Hein and Cyrille are both musicians at heart. Great food and a good glass of wine all add to a pure sense of well being. Children are more than welcome at Zensa Lodge. We would love to welcome you and share our wonderful place with you. MOLO I Molo I is a cozy room on the first floor with views over the ocean and the mountain range towards Misty Cliffs. Your private terrace looks out over the mountains and lush garden of Zensa Lodge. Imagine watching the sunset from your private terrace. MOLO II This first floor room also has its private terrace that overlooks the mountain range around Scarborough and from where you can watch the sun rise over the mountains in the morning. MOLO III Molo III (the family room) is a spacious ground floor apartment featuring a separate bedroom with bunk bed that sleeps 2-3 children, or adults for that matter. It has a private open plan kitchen with breakfast counter and a lounge with DSTV and master bedroom section with an open fireplace. The unit has a large covered patio flowing onto the spacious lawn where the kids can play freely. This room can also be rented as a self-catering unit. IKAYA I Ikaya I is on the ground floor, opening straight out to the garden. It features its private outside hot shower leading directly from the bathroom. Enjoy the morning sun streaming into the bathroom. Have a refreshing outside shower after coming back from the beach. IKAYA II This room, on the ground floor, leads via a corridor to Ikayas living room. It features a extra long king size bed. Read a book in the wind-protected courtyard; make an outside fire at night to enjoy a drink with friends. IKAYA II Ikaya III can be entered through its outside private stairs, or directly from the living room, through the cozy reading room under the thatched eaves. Being on the first floor the room features stunning views over the National Park and enjoys the late afternoon sun over the ocean on the horizon. IKAYA IV Overlooking the mountains and ocean, Ikaya IV (the loft) features a large private terrace, sheltered from wind and sun by a fragrant eucalyptus tree. The room with its high-beamed ceilings and four-poster bed is light and spacious. Self CateringMOLO III is a family room where a family of five people can stay. There is a kitchen in the appartment and people are free to cook their own meals. For longer stays we rent it as a self-catering apartment at a special rate. BREAKFAST and DININGBreakfast and dinner are served in our authentic bungalow or on the terrace. We love to surprise people with delicious organic local produce. A wide variety of bread, jams, breakfast cereals, cheese and fruits are served. From Monday to Friday you can join us at our dining table to enjoy a nice meal and a nice chat. You can even catch your own lobster at Scarborough beach and request it for dinner. DIRECTIONS: from the airport - (approximately 1hour) Take the N1 towards Cape Town. Take the left exit Muizenberg N3. Follow this to the end of the motorway. Turn right at the T-junction. After 1 km veer left towards Simons Town. Take the second robot right. Take a left turn towards Scarborough. At the stop sign: turn left. In Scarborough at the stop sign: turn right. Turn the 1st street left. Next street: left. Next street: right. Ring the bell at the gate. from Cape Town - (approximately 40 minutes) Find the motorway N3 to Muizenberg. Follow this to the end of the motorway. Turn right at the T-junction. After 1km veer left towards Simons Town. Take the second robot right. Take a left turn towards Scarborough. At the stop sign: turn left. In Scarborough at the stop sign: turn right. Turn the 1st street left. Next street: left. Next street: right. Ring the bell at the gate. |
