DESCRIPTION:
Seaviews is a homely family run guest house situated in the prime area of Three Anchor Bay, which lies between the suburbs of Green Point and Sea Point. Just 3km from the centre of Cape Town. Here you will find peace and tranquillity on this beautiful Atlantic coastline on the slopes of Signal Hill, which catches the last of the day’s sunshine.
You enter Seaviews off a peaceful street 5 minutes walk from the main shopping area and beach front promenade. Close to the V&A Waterfront, beaches and restaurants. Just 10 minute drive from Table Mountain where you will be able to enjoy superb views of Cape Town and the Cape Peninsular.
Accommodation
Seaviews offer two spacious double rooms with all facilities including TV, mini bar, hair dryer, pool towels, safe, tea & coffee making facilities and en suite bathrooms with separate shower. One room has twin single beds; the other has a double bed.
Facilities
Guest lounge and dining area leads out to the veranda and on to the garden and swimming pool, where, you will find shaded or full sun areas in which to relax after a day of sight seeing.
Breakfast
Delicious continental or English breakfasts are served inside or on the veranda overlooking the garden and swimming pool.

We can help you with holiday plans as we have travelled extensively throughout South Africa. We can also help with car hire, organised day excursions or personal excursions tailored to suit your special needs. Airport shuttle is included in the tariff.

Location
Half an hour drive and you will find yourself in the heart of the Cape Winelands where you can sample some of the finest wines in the world. On another day you can explore the magnificent scenery of the Cape Peninsular including Cape Point and The Cape of Good Hope. In the evening after a full day of sight seeing you can relax and enjoy the many pleasures that the V&A Waterfront has to offer. With so many things to do it is important to give yourself enough time to enjoy one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Cape Town. |

DIRECTIONS:
From Cape Town International Airport
From Cape Town airport take the N2 to Cape Town.
Follow the Cape Town North sign.
From Cape Town follow signs to Sea Point along Western Boulevard.
At Three Anchor Bay, turn left at traffic lights into Three Anchor Bay Road. (Get into middle lane).
At traffic lights, cross over Main Road into Glengariff Road.
In Glengariff Road take 3rd right into Blackheath Road.
Proceed along Blackheath Road crossing over Camberwell Road.
"Seaviews" number 9 Blackheath Road is on the left-hand side.
