Spectacular sea views from most rooms with large sheltered decks which are accessible from all three bedrooms, the lounge and the dining room. ACCOMMODATIONSeabreeze Cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 guests in 3 double bedrooms. For longer stays, we can swop the double beds in any of the bedrooms for two three-quarter beds each (on request for stays of 7 nights or longer). The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with satellite television and an en-suite with a seaview from the bath and the shower. The second and third bedrooms, both with double beds share a second full bathroom which includes a shower and bath. There is a third shower downstairs in the guest toilet as well as a hot and cold outdoor shower for nature lovers. FACILITIESA large sociable fully equipped kitchen, with a breakfast nook, includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, fridge, iron, ironing board and plently of crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans. The lounge, also with beautiful sea views, seats six with satellite television and a sliding door onto the verandah and a sliding door out to the Jacuzzi and braai area. The dining room, also with a beautiful sea view and a sliding door onto the verandah, has a six seater table and chairs which can be moved onto the verandah for Al fresco dining. Outside of the cottage we have plenty of parking at the back and in front a Jacuzzi / BBQ deck with a hot and cold outside shower and garden stairs down to the lawn. SERVICESSimons Town is one of the safest areas in the Peninsula, but for peace of mind, Seabreeze Cottage has a simple to use alarm system with 24 hour armed response. Included in our prices are electricity, water, linen, towels, cleaning detergents, soap and loo paper. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, mineral water, fruit and fresh flowers are also provided on arrival. A once a week cleaner is also included for stays of eight days or more, where cleaning is done, linen is changed and if time allows, ironing can also be done on request. An ADSL line is provided for your convenience but you would need to bring your own laptop. E-mail and web surfing are free of charge, but phone calls will be charged for on departure. LOCATIONSeabreeze Cottage is situated close to the nature of Cape Point, African Penguin Colony, safe bathing and diving beaches, golf, canoeing, hiking, fishing, birdwatching, museums and great restaurants. We are only 40 minutes from Cape Towns famous Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. |

DIRECTIONS: From Cape Town International Airport Follow the N2 towards Cape Town and then take the M3 to Muizenberg. At the end of the motorway turn left. At the next set of traffic lights, turn right into Main Road (M4) going towards Muizenberg. Keep driving along this road through Muizenberg, St James, Kalk Bay, Fish Hoek and on to Simons Town (approximately 20 minutes) Continue through the village of Simons Town for about 2 kms, pass the golf course, Oatlands Holiday Accommodation and the Cape Times Fresh Air Camp on the right. The next road to the right is Valley Road, turn right up Valley Road. Take the second right turn into Protea Road, then the first right, into Disa Road. At the end of Disa Road there is a driveway leading off a turning circle. At the end of the driveway is No1 Disa Road, the Tuscan Style Home, this is Seabreeze Cottage. Welcome! |
