The Downstairs section is a spacious, open plan living area comprised of lounge, dining-room and kitchen with nook area. Access to garage / laundry is via the kitchen. Living area opens out onto patio which overlooks man-made pond surrounded by well maintained communal gardens. Also downstairs off the entrance is a separate guest toilet. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms (sleeping 6-8 guests) and 2 bathrooms. ACCOMMODATIONMain bedroom Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom (bath, hand shower, shower, toilet) with TV, opening onto balcony overlooking pond and well maintained gardens. 2nd bedroom 2 singles, opening onto balcony overlooking pond and well maintained gardens. 3rd bedroom Queen size bed, overlooking pond and well maintained gardens. DIRECTIONS: If coming from Cape Town, turn right off the N2 at the Shell Ultra City (situated on the right). If coming from Port Elizabeth, take the 2nd entrance into Plett which is a slip road to your left just prior to the Shell Ultra City. The road you will turn into off the N2 is Marine Way. Approximately 1.5 kms from the turn off this road will bring you to a traffic circle with a dolphin statue in the middle. The road running direction across is Main Street. Cross over the traffic circle and continue with Marine Way which becomes Strand Street and further along becomes Odland Street. When descending down the hill the Beacon Isle Hotel and Robberg Mountain will become visible to your left with a turn off to Central Beach. Continue down the hill, which will take you over a bridge (Piesang River) and bring you to a traffic circle. To your immediate left is the Beau Rivage complex which can also be seen as you descend down the hill. To your immediate right is the River Club complex and directly across the traffic circle is a mini shopping complex for your convenience. Turn right at the traffic circle, into Piesang Valley Road, the River Club complex is now on your right running along the Piesang Valley River. Entrance to River Club is a little way down on your right. |
