We are located just around the corner from the town information centre and within easy walking distance of the historic town attractions, numerous restaurants, curio shops and craft markets, Van der Stel sports grounds and the university campus. Millstream is in a tree lined street alongside one of the original irrigation furrows. The house maintains an air of peace and tranquility, surrounded by large trees, a shady patio and a refreshing swimming pool. Your hosts Dot and Danie van der Walt are always available and willing to recommend and assist with planning your activities. We are easily accessible, being close enough to the city of Cape Town (50km) and the airport (35km), to explore the peninsula’s many attractions, the numerous wine farms, spectacular mountain drives, and beaches. There are seven major golf courses within a radius of 20km. |

DIRECTIONS: From the N2: Approaching Stellenbosch on the R44, cross the Eerste River bridge, drive through the Dorp St traffic light, pass through the pedestrian lights and immediately (30m) after the next traffic light where the R310 and R44 join, turn right into Alexander St. Millstream is the fourth house on the left directly opposite the church. From the N1: Enter Stellenbosch from the R304. Cross over the railway bridge, turn right at the second traffic lights (Bird St). You are now on the R44. Drive approximately 1 km, through 2 more traffic lights, and then turn left in Alexander St. Millstream is the fourth house on the left directly opposite the church. |
