Local artist, Jenny Bowes Meyer, welcomes you to a peaceful getaway at Eastbury Cottage Self Catering and B&B. Choose your accommodation from three tastefully decorated and fully equipped units, each with their own private entrance and safe off street parking.

The accommodation is set in a lovely garden with rich birdlife and has many luxuries to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Enjoy breakfast in bed or on the patio outside your unit. We are centrally situated, close to the golf course and a short stroll to the seafront cliff paths where you can view the whales playing in Walker Bay or enjoy the scenic beauty of Hermanus.

The restaurants and quaint shops are within walking distance. Enjoy many activities like Great White Shark viewing, whale watching boat tours, wine tasting, hiking trails, bird watching, kayaking, fishing and lovely beaches.

Accommodation

All the units are equipped with fans, cotton blankets and decorative mosquito nets for the warm summer nights and cosy duvets, electric blankets, hot water bottles and wall heaters keep out the chills in winter. Crisp white linen and fluffy towels are provided, as well as complimentary tea and coffee, dishwashing liquid and towels and toiletries like shower gel, shampoo and body lotion. Other facilities include a lock up wall safe, hairdryer, TV with Mnet and DVD player.

Unit 1 (Sleeps 2-4 persons)
The Garden Cottage stands separately from the main dwelling at Eastbury with its own lush fully enclosed garden and built in barbeque area. The main bedroom sleeping two with its luxury twin/ or king size bed is open plan to the sitting/TV area and kitchenette with a breakfast counter. The second bedroom has single beds and is ideal for children.

The cottage has a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The kitchen has a mini oven; microwave; toaster; sandwich toaster; kettle; fridge; iron and ironing board. The Garden Cottage is fully equipped for 2-5 persons. Safe off street parking is provided on the premises.

Unit 2 (Sleeps 2 - 3 persons)
The Courtyard is the "honeymoon suite" with it cosy fireplace for romantic evenings in the Winter. It is attached to the main dwelling and has its own private entrance and courtyard area for outdoor braaiing.

The suite has luxury twin/ or king size bed and a sleeper couch, table for dining and a separate kitchenette which is compact with a two plate gas burner, microwave, toaster; kettle, sandwich toaster and bar fridge, a weber kettle barbeque and Cob cooker. The bathroom has a large, old fashioned bath with a shower over. Crisp white linen, fluffy towels and some toiletries are provided. The Courtyard is fully equipped for 2-3 persons.

Unit 3 (Sleeps 2 - 6 persons)
The Loft upstairs above the main dwelling is a spacious two bedroom unit with lovely views; its own entrance hall; spacious living /dining area and kitchen. The bathroom consists of a shower room. The outdoor deck is great for having a sundowner or outdoor braai with the sound and smell of the ocean just two blocks away. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has twins or king size bed.

The studio couch in the lounge pulls out into two single beds. The kitchen has a convection/grill microwave; a two plate gas burner; toaster; kettle; fridge; sandwich toaster; iron and ironing board. Linen and towels and toiletries are provided. The Loft is fully equipped for 2- 6 persons.
