The apartment is approximately 200m from the lovely beaches of the Strand, where you can take a swim in the calm waters of False Bay, take a stroll on the sandy beaches or even try your luck at fishing. AccommodationAccommodation consists of two bedrooms, the main bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. The main bedroom is en suite with a shower, toilet and basin. There is also another full bathroom, with a bath and shower. The modern open plan kitchen is fully equipped and leads onto the lounge dining area with full DSTV. Great care has been taken to provide quality furnishings whilst maintaining the home away from home feeling. The apartment offers beautiful sea and mountain views from all windows. FacilitiesThe apartment block as well as the individual apartment are maintained to a high standard and you will find that all your needs are catered for. All linen is provided and towels can be provided at an additional fee. SecurityDuinesig also offers excellent security with access control at the main entrance to the premises as well as further control at the entrance door into the building. ParkingParking is provided in the safe underground parking area, with escalator access to the apartment. Braai facilitiesYou can also utilise the braai facilities provided on the ground level of the apartment block. Location and attractionsThe Strand is centrally located for sightseeing trips in the Boland and Overberg area. The historical town of Stellenbosch is less than 20 kilometres away and the Stellenbosch wine route is a must visit. The area is a golfer’s paradise with world class golf courses in close proximity. Duinesig is approximately 30 km from Cape Town International Airport. Cape Town is less than 50 kilometers away with its world renowned tourist attractions ranging from Table Mountain to the V&A Waterfront. Whilst the Strand is a laid back seaside town, all your shopping needs are catered for in the close by Somerset Mall. Gordon's Bay is close by and the harbour offers a range of activities being boating, yachting and fishing. |

DIRECTIONS: Drive in Beach road in the direction towards Gordons Bay, after the traffic circle in Beach Road, turn left in Van Ryneveld Str between the buildings of ODEON and HELDERBERG. Then turn right into Neetling Str or Haylett Str and continue until you reach the block Duinesig. The entrance to the parking cellar is in Neethling Street, but the front entrance is in Haylett Street. |
