If you are looking for some live music and a good pub environment you will find a suitable place to sit and watch the sun set over False Bay and the docked yachts in the harbour. DIRECTIONS: From Cape Town International Airport • From airport Cape Town take N2 direction Somerset West. • Take turn-off Nr 43 Somerset West “Broadway Blvd - Stellenbosch” (+/- 27 km - 15 minutes) • Go in direction Strand on R 44 and follow for 2 km until third traffic lights (on your left hand side you will see Somerset Mall Shopping Centre). • On third traffic lights turn right in Beach Road ( left you see Strand Golf club) and follow for about 4 km ( see the beautiful Indian Ocean and beaches! ) until the fountain in the centre of Strand. • Turn around the fountain circle and continue to follow the beach road. • After about 1 km you see the Strand Beach Hotel on your left hand side and the road is leaving the beach and is turning to the left (you have no other choice). • Immediately after the turn you see on your right hand the development “Greenways Strand Golf Estate on Sea”. Turn right into the estate. • Sign in at the security gate and you will see already the building “Emerald Bay” at the right. • Turn left and park your car on a visitor’s parking bay. • Go to block A, the third floor, apartment A301 |
