Each unit has a separate entrance, a fully equipped kitchen (or kitchenette), a private outside terrace and offers all the 5-star facilities. This Tuscan house is built on separate levels with a great sense of space and light throughout and is designed in a contemporary style with bespoke furniture handcrafted locally. The Loft (70 m) and the Bay Suite (42 m) offer spectacular views of the sea and city while the Garden Room (28 m²) and the Fountain Room (32 m²) below have the benefit of the shaded lush garden. The Loft has a bedroom on the mezzanine floor, a bathroom with bath and shower and a sleeper couch which can accommodate a 3rd adult or 2 children. All the units / rooms are en-suite and have extra-length king/twin beds, air-con / heaters, flat screen TV’s with incorporated DVD/CD player, satellite TV (45 DSTV channels), electronic safes for valuables, wireless PC connection (unlimited cap), dial out phones (only local calls), hair dryers & make up / shaving mirrors, coffee / tea / bottled water on arrival, daily housekeeping, blackout curtains, luxury percale cotton sheets, choice of down or non-allergic pillows, Charlotte Rhys toiletry products and International electricity adapters. DIRECTIONS: From Airport and N2 From Cape Town International Airport take the N2 towards City/Cape Town. As you approach the city and Table Mountain, the road starts climbing sharply. Position yourself in either of the 2 left lanes and then take the exit marked De Waal Drive (Camps Bay and Cableway). Drive along as the road winds along the mountain for about 3.4km and then take left off-ramp just before a small overhead bridge (the sign reads: M3 Camps Bay, Cableway). Drive for approximately 1.3km (along, Jutland, Mill and Orange streets), pass the 2nd set of traffic lights and then turn left into Hof Street. At the traffic lights take another left into Camp Street and immediately right into Molteno Road. Drive all the way up Molteno (it widens into a broad avenue). One street before the very top, turn right into Invermark Crescent and stop at number 12, marked ALTA BAY where we are located. From N1 Drive on the N1 into Cape Town. The N1 ends with traffic lights and what is the beginning of a street called Buitengracht. Continue straight on Buitengracht for about 1.6km. On your left you will see a Caltex petrol station followed by traffic lights. Turn left at the lights into a street called Buitensingel. The road goes down the hill and at the bottom there is another set of traffic lights. Carry on straight. You are now driving on Orange Street. Continue until the street bends to the left. On your right you will pass the Mount Nelson Hotel (large neo-classic archway). Immediately after the entrance to the Mount Nelson Hotel turn right into Hof Street. At the next traffic lights take a left into Camp Street and immediately right into Molteno Road. Drive all the way up Molteno (it widens into a broad avenue). One street before the very top, turn right into Invermark Crescent and stop at number 12, marked ALTA BAY, where we are located. |
