Country charm… City comforts…Relaxation comes naturally… Accommodation:The Cape Style cottage units all contain an en-suite bathroom with a choice of single or double beds. Each individually decorated cottage has personal touches with attention to detail including an honesty bar and private patio reflective of the country charm. The tranquility and privacy of your own garden cottage invites respite from any routine. You will be tempted to stay… and stay… and stay. There is secure parking behind a remote controlled gate. For those wanting greater independence there are 3 self catering units, for 2 to 4 guests. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and all the trimmings of the garden suites. One of the cottages is also wheelchair friendly. Dining:A cosy dining room welcomes guests for breakfast where they are treated to the finest and freshest fare including free-range eggs, home-baked breads and decadent fruity jams. DIRECTIONS: From Cape Town International Airport: Take the (N2) - West towards the City (approx. 12 km) Follow the left link onto the (M3) (Muizenberg turn-off - South). Continue along the (M3) - until the Tee junction at the end of the freeway (approx. 15,7km) At this Tee junction, turn right onto the (M42) for a further 1,25km and then bear left on to the (M64) in the direction of Simonstown / Fish Hoek / Cape Point. Travel over the mountain in the direction of Fish Hoek / Cape Point for approx. 10,2km. Take the second Noordhoek turnoff right (M6) towards Hout Bay/Chapmans Peak (Pick 'n Pay on corner). Travel 300 metres on this road (M6) and Afton Grove is on your right (opposite BP service station). From Cape Town City Centre: From the Waterfront junction travel south east on the N2 for 6km, keep in the right hand lane and this motorway now becomes the M3. Follow the last 5 steps above. |
