We offer warm hospitality, an air of peace and tranquillity with sublime sea and mountain panoramas. This guest house is an ideal destination for nature and beach lovers and is a perfect base to explore the Overberg, Winelands, Cape Town and beyond. Accommodation3 Flavours Guest House offers eight comfortable guestrooms in three price ranges. The rooms have been given the name of the Fynbos flowers. The stylish rooms are refreshingly chic with an African touch. There are two en-suite Superior Rooms, four en-suite Comfort Rooms and two Family Rooms. All the rooms have magnificent mountain and / or sea-views overlooking the Fynbos area. Superior rooms with mountain or sea view Protea and Erica: Each individually decorated Superior Room has a superior finish, under floor heating, XL twin beds with oversized duvets and pure cotton linen, bathroom with a large bath, rain shower, double basins and a separate toilet. A stocked mini bar, tea and coffee tray, luggage rack, TV and DVD player, alarm clock, wall safe, hairdryer, wireless internet and a private balcony with sea or mountain view. Comfort Rooms with mountain or sea view Brunia, Acacia, Felicia and Eligia: Each individually decorated Comfort Room has an en-suite bathroom with shower, XL Queen bed with oversized duvets and pure cotton linen, a private balcony, under floor heating, stocked mini bar and tea and coffee tray, hairdryer, alarm clock a private safe. Family Rooms with mountain or sea view Albiflora and Grubbia: Each Individually decorated Family Room has an en-suite bathroom with large bath and shower, XL Queen bed with oversized duvets and pure cotton linen, under floor heating, television and DVD player, stocked mini bar, tea and coffee tray, a private safe and private balcony. This room has an extra bedroom with two single beds special decorated for children. Breakfast and DiningBody and soul are well cared for. In addition to the very comfortable rooms with their XL beds, our guests are spoiled with a delicious breakfast, which is - weather permitting - served around the pool deck. The breakfast we serve, is comprehensive, with fresh fruit, home-baked bread, fruit juices and yoghurt, serials and muesli, free-range eggs prepared to your order and a delectable muffin. In season we also serve light evening meals (cheese platter, salads). FacilitiesOur honesty bar contains a hand-picked selection of fine wines. Later on the day, you can sip a glass of wine beside the large (15m) swimming pool. The regal lounge has a fire place, library, satellite TV and internet computer / WiFi. Conferences3 Flavours is an ideal venue for small conferences or company break always. Up to 12 delegates per day can be hosted in a private facility. In the reception you can use telephone, fax, printing and copying facilities. There are a wide selection of restaurants, wine estates and golf courses within easy reach. In addition there are endless possibilities for day trips, e.g. to Robben Island, the Cape of Good Hope, Simon’s Town / Boulders Beach, Franschhoek, Paarl, Chapman’s Peak / Hout Bay and many more. We have documented a number of day trips for your convenience. From Cape Town you will travel along the scenic Clarence Drive Route (5 km past Rooiels), this forms part of the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve. We are a one hour drive from Cape Town with Hermanus, Stellenbosch and the Wine routes 45 minutes away. The area is renowned for its Indigenous Fynbos Flora and houses more plant species per square meter than anywhere else on the planet. On the world famous whale watching route, Pringle Bay is an ideal place to view whales during the Whale Season from June to December every year. Only 12km away the Harold Porter Botanical Garden is home to a wide variety of Fynbos such as the King Protea and Disa and the nearby town of Betty's Bay hosts the Jackass Penguin Colony. |

DIRECTIONS: From Cape Town: Take the N2 highway towards Sir Lowry’s Pass. After passing through Somerset West, turn right at the Gordon’s Bay / Kleinmond sign, and then left at the T-junction and signboard in Gordon's Bay marked Rooi Els / R44, onto the R44 also named Clarence Drive, a spectacular coastal drive. Within 15 minutes you’ll be in the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve, looking across False Bay to Cape Point. Continue past Kogel Bay, an area favored by surfers and day trippers. Continue on the R 44 passing Rooiels and Pringle Bay (From the turn off Hangklip/Pringle Bay. Drive 1.7 km further down the R 44 towards Betty's Bay) and you will see 3 Flavours Guest House on your left hand side. From up country: Travelling towards Cape Town along the N2 highway, take the Hermanus / Botrivier off ramp. Turn left at the T-junction (R43) and continue for a couple of kilometers, until you reach the R44 and turn right to Kleinmond. Drive past Arabella Golf Course and Spa, through the towns of Kleinmond and Betty’s Bay. Continue straight until the road reaches the highest point. After 30 meters you'll see the entrance of 3 Flavours Guest House on your right hand side. |
