It is a stones throw from the vibrant fishing village of Kalk Bay. St James Terrace is within easy walking distance of Dangers Beach and literally overlooks Dale Brook tidal pool. In the latter parts of winter whales find protection and frolic in the deeper waters of St James, you can watch this in the luxury of your own apartment. AccommodationThe apartment is sea facing and has sea views from the open plan living area and the main bedroom. The unit consists of 2 double bedrooms that come with the highest standard of bed linen on the market. There are also two bathrooms, one en suite, and a large entertaining and living area. A private patio is also attached to the unit and is a wonderful area for evening entertaining. There is a communal fresh water pool for your use that overlooks the whole of False Bay. The apartment has one dedicated undercover parking bay and there is a private parking area for the exclusive use of St James Terrace Residents. FacilitiesThe unit comes with TV in the living area and main bedroom with DSTV, granite kitchen counter tops, new oven and hob, micro wave, large fridge and freezer, washing machine, two large couches and a separate dining table. The bedding arrangements are as follows. King bed in main room and two singles in the second bedroom with the option of a king. A double futon sleeper couch in the living area should it be required. There is a covered patio with outdoor furniture. The unit is owned and managed by Cape Town Hideaways and is exceptionally well kitted out, managed and maintained. DIRECTIONS: • Follow the N2 from Cape Town International Airport towards Cape Town City Centre • Turn left on to the M3 Muizenberg off ramp • Continue on the M3 to Muizenberg until you get to the T-Junction at the end • Turn left and at the traffic lights and after 300 meters turn right onto Main Road • Travel along Main Road through Muizenberg and into St James, go past St James Station and two tennis courts on your left • St James Terrace is on the right hand side opposite a car park as the road begins to bend to the left before you enter Kalk Bay. |
