Situated close to the Cape Grace, the apartment is within walking distance, across the working harbour, of the hub of the V&A Waterfront’s shops, restaurants, cinemas, entertainment and craft galleries. AccommodationFully serviced, this light and welcoming self catering apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. 104 Parergon is air-conditioned and equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. The bedroom has a queen, extra length bed with a marble bathroom en suite (shower over bath) including bidet and double vanity. The living area is light and spacious with a large balcony where you can stretch out and relax with a sundowner after a busy day in Cape Town, whilst you watch the yachts come in and out and the seals bask in the sun. Facilities & ServiceThere is a dedicated underground parking bay and two free pools for residents and guests to use - and there is a gymnasium on site with main pool for a small additional membership fee. The Marina complex has 24 hour security and guests are given access cards into the complex. You can utilise these to walk across the canal loch, directly into the One&Only hotel and to gain access to the Marina complex and the apartment. With daily housekeeping, linen and towel changes, pool and gym towels provided and a generous welcome supply of tea coffee, milk, sugar, Cape wine, fresh fruit and your first morning’s continental breakfast, you can arrive and simply relax. And our management service also includes pre-arrival shopping so if there is anything extra you would like to have waiting for you, it will be there on your arrival. Activities and Attractions104 Parergon is situated off West Quay Road on the “Peninsula” side of Marina Residential - and it is a couple of minutes’ drive either into the V&A Waterfront, or into the city. Conveniently located right at the heart of the V&A, it’s the ideal place from where to set off to explore Cape Town, go to an exhibition at the International Convention Centre, and see the Houses of Parliament. Museums and galleries, or head off to explore the Cape Winelands and Cape Point. Any which way, it is the place to be when you stay in Cape Town! Just beware that you may never want to leave! |

DIRECTIONS: From Cape Town International Airport From the airport, follow the N2 motorway signs to Cape Town – V&A Waterfront. As you approach the end of the motorway, you will see the Cape Town International Convention Centre on your left. Keep to the right hand lane. At the traffic lights at the end of the motorway (where you will see the Cullinan Hotel opposite you), turn right, but keep to the left hand lane. Follow the signs to the Waterfront. You will see the City Lodge Hotel on your left and a car dealership on your right as you enter the Waterfront. At the first round-about (traffic circle), take the second road to the left. This is West Quay Road. At the stop sign, turn left and the entrance to “Marina Residential” is in front of you. |
