Wishingwell Lodge is a grand, huge thatched house in Westville, Durban, recently converted into a 3-star bed and breakfast. The house is nestled in a magnificent and serene garden with a sparkling pool. We pledge fantastic service, quality accommodation and a memorable stay.

The house is surrounded by an Evergreen garden and the environment is completely relaxing and calming. All the rooms are equipped with gorgeous 32" flat screen televisions and DSTV select. We can arrange a DVD player on request. All rooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans. Our lounge sports a 52" giant Flat screen television for sporting events or other showcasing events.

We are close to many of the major shopping centres, including The Pavilion, Westville Shopping Centre, and Pinecrest Shopping centre. We are minutes away from the major highways and only 20 minutes from the Durban International Airport, The International Conference Centre, golden mile beaches, and other major attractions.

The guest house is available for special functions and occasions like bridal showers and family reunions. All rooms have external access as we value your privacy. Wishingwell Lodge is the ideal place for businessmen, travelers as well as families breaking away for holidays. For your safety and convenience, the house is fully fenced, with safe off-street parking and an electric gate. We accept all major credit cards.

Our rooms are spacious, fresh and modernly finished. All rooms have en suite bathrooms, with either a bath or a shower. We have the following to choose from:

Standard Rooms
The standard rooms feature 2 x single beds or 1 x double depending on your requirements. Ideal for the single guest, businessman or couple.

Family Rooms
The family rooms feature 3-4 bed combinations, and can be adapted slightly to match your requirements. The family rooms are more spacious.

Self Catering

Selected rooms are semi-self catering, which includes a bar-fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and washing sink. All rooms have coffee and tea making facilities and we offer complimentary coffee and tea every day.

Facilities

Walk outside, and you will feel as if you are in the woods. The house is surrounded by a variety of plants and trees and a number of bird species. Deck out next to our huge crystal clear swimming pool, break a sweat in our sauna, or chill in the Jacuzzi.

We serve a continental breakfast on request. We are old Durbanites and we know the area very well, and will assist you in choosing from a variety of restaurants in the area.
