CANCELLATION POLICY

The final rooming requirements and fnal room list must be received by the lodge 14-20 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation received 8-14 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking value is payable (provided the lodge is not able to re-sell the rooms).
Cancellation received 0-7days prior to check-in, 100% of the total booking value is payable (provided the lodge is not able to re-sell the rooms).
