2010 Rates Rates for the Duplex, per night
Low season R600 - R800 per night for the duplex
Long weekends R1200 - R1600 per night for the duplex
Easter school holidays R1400 - R1600 per night for the duplex
July school holidays R1300 - R1600 per night for the duplex
October school holidays R1000 - R1600 per night for the duplex
December school holidays R1300 - R1600 per night for the duplex

Rates are for the duplex per night (not per person).

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

All bookings must be fully paid for in advance.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid on reservation and the balance one week prior to arrival.
We ask for a R350 cleaning/admin fee and a R300 refundable breakages deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if another reservation is made by other guests for the same period.
