DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

To secure a booking, a 50% deposit is essential.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancellation occurs within 21 day prior of the arrival date we reserve the right to retain prepayment as a cancellation fee should we be unable to re-sell the room.
In the event of a no-show or premature departure, we will be obliged to charge for the full extent of the pre-booked stay.
A 25% administration fee will be deducted under all circumstances after confirmation of booking.
Pre-payments are not refundable under any circumstances.
