Notes:

Preference is given to bookings longer than the required minimum stay, discounts apply for the extra nights.
Please note: - A flat rate of R1350 is charged for all weekend bookings, long weekends included

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A deposit of 50% is required on confirmation of booking and the balance is payable by direct deposit/transfer 48hrs before your arrival. A refundable breakage deposit of R1750 is payable on all bookings and will be refunded if everything is in order after inspection of the unit. The refund will be processed within 10 days after departure .A 5% handling will be charged on all cash deposits.

CANCELLATION POLICY

40% of the deposit paid at the time of the booking will be refunded if any cancellation is not made at least 30 days before date of arrival and a 10% admin fee will be deducted on cancellation.
