A 20% deposit is required within two weeks of making a booking to confirm.
The balance of payment is due 4 weeks before arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

21-30 days prior to arrival: full refund.
14-20 days prior to arrival: 50% of total value.
07-13 days prior to arrival: 75% of total value.
less than 6 days prior to arrival: no refund.
