DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
50% deposit is required to secure the booking if the booking date is more than four weeks prior to the occupation date.
If the booking date is closer than four weeks prior to the occupation date, the full amount for this period has to be electronically transferred into and received in our account before the guest's arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Less than 1 day: Full amount for the period booked is lost (max. 10 days with longer booking periods) or the full amount will have to be transfered into our account the day after the cancellation occured
Less than 7 days: 50% for the period booked are lost
Between 7 to 14 days: 35% for the period booked are lost
Between 15 to 21 days: 25% for the period booked are lost
Between 22 to 28 days: 12.5% for the period booked are lost
29 days and longer: Full refund of advance payment
