The hotel is fantastic and the service excellent, but when I booked I wanted a room that had a view over the garden, this I paid the premuim for. Well I was disappointed because my room was stuck so far in the corner the only view I had was about 1% of the garden. I also booked under the Sunbreak which included some extra such as the ballon ride which was supposed to be the highlight I was told when I tried to book on this that it was not in operation for February - this should be told to the quests when they book I was very disappointed and so was my partner. Another complimentry that was not included was a complimentry foot massage at Mangwanani that was advertised as part of the bundle |
