The Kimberley Club, famous since 1881, is an historical 4-star boutique hotel situated in the Kimberley CBD area, providing luxury accommodation, function venues and wedding facilities. The Kimberley Club has a tradition all its own with stories not confined to its buildings - stories of its members and of unique associations.

It's seen the "comings and goings" of some of the foremost personalities in the world - has entertained sovereigns, princes and princesses, Governors and high commissioners and has housed legendary figures whose vision and energy have pioneered new territories.

The Kimberley Club offers a variety of Standard, Luxury and Executive accommodation. Function facilities are available and it is ideal for small conferences, wedding receptions etc.

ACCOMMODATION


Our modern, well-equipped rooms resonate global trends.

Standard Rooms:
These rooms offer a choice of twin or queen beds. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with shower, basin and lavatory. Selected rooms feature baths. Writing desks and stationary are provided. Most Standard Rooms open onto a charming courtyard with café furniture and others onto a large balcony with comfortable armchairs.

Luxury Rooms:
Our elegantly decorated luxury rooms have an understated old-world charm, complimented by modern luxury for the discerning traveller. These rooms, larger in size than the standard rooms, have more spacious lounge areas and en suite bathrooms with slipper baths and marble vanities.

Executive Suites:
For guests requiring more spacious accommodation, our uniquely decorated luxury suites offer a sense of tranquility, space and comfort. These grand and distinctively styled suites offer separate lounge areas which are luxuriously decorated with dining rooms and plush sofas and armchairs. All suites feature newly renovated bathrooms with slipper baths. Selected suites have fireplaces.

The Disabled Room:
Situated on the ground floor, this room provides for wheelchairs and has shower facilities with custom designed handrails.

Barney Barnato Room
Seats 6 - 8 people comfortably - ideal for private dinners or board meetings

Rhodes Room
Seats up to 30 people and has its own private bar - ideal for private dinner parties, small weddings or conferences

The Library
Seats approximately 20 people and has a built-in curtained stage - ideal for presentations and conferencing or private parties with entertainers.

The Dining Room
Comfortably seats 60 - 180 people including dance floor - ideal for weddings, corporate functions, celebrations or themed evenings.

WEDDINGS


For the bride and groom, their wedding day is without question the most special day of their lives, which is why we take pride in ensuring that your wedding is a memorable experience - from the flowers on the tables to the menu, the music and the wedding cake. We are thoroughly versed in wedding management - so you will receive the most perfect wedding you could ever desire.

Wedding Services: A number of invaluable services which we provide, at no additional charge, include:
• Availability of all our service staff
• Parking for guests
• Our in-house florist will provide a posy for you to throw on your special day
• We will be happy to assist with the printing of guest lists
• A red carpet will be laid out for the grand entrance
• Your honeymoon night accommodation is complimentary, including a full breakfast in our restaurant.
Additional Extras: Dance floor, stage for the band, cutlery, crockery and glassware and linen (white)

Your wedding ceremony can also be held at the hotel in one of our function rooms at a nominal fee. And, if your wedding is at the Kimberley Club, your first anniversary can be as well. We’ll provide a candle-lit dinner for two in the hotel’s signature restaurant.
