Notes:
Peak season rates will apply during school holiday periods.
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for Wood-Owl Lodge and Eagle-Owl Cottage.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A deposit of 50% is required within 72 hours of the initial reservation to confirm the booking.
A minimum administration fee of 10% will be charged on all cancelled bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The balance of deposits will only be refunded under the following conditions:
If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, no refund will be paid.
If a booking is cancelled within 14 days, 25% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If a booking is cancelled within 28 days, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If a booking is cancelled within 45 days, 75% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If a booking is cancelled within 60 days, 90% of the amount paid will be refunded.
