I was my parents last Thursday - they flew up to Joburg after checking out of the hotel. Looks like you've got 2 new fans there :-)
They really enjoyed staying with you and were very impressed with the personal service. Thanks for making them feel 'special'.

Dear Alec,
After enjoying the evening at the roof top cinema, I want to express my deep gratitude again for this wonderful experience. Please tell the manager and the owner again, how much they have contributed to a 50th B.D. evening for my wife which she will never forget. It was so generous to put us in the VIP seat and show us in every imaginable way their sympathy on this special day. I have already enthusiastically reported about it at a faculty reception today. The beauty and artistic taste of this space on the roof is really unique…. We will be back!
