50% deposits are required on confirmation of bookings to secure the booking, incase of your booking date falling in the same month as your enquiry date, full payment is required on confirmation of your booking. Full payment is required ONE month prior to check in date
CANCELLATION POLICY
50% cancellation fees will be charged if bookings are cancelled within a month of the arrival date
100% cancellation fees will be charged for bookings cancelled within two weeks of the arrival date
December bookings
December bookings require full payment ONE month prior to your check in date and 100% cancellation fees are effective ONE month prior to your check in date
In the event of premature departure the full extent of stay as originally booked will be charged
Early check outs are NON-REFUNDABLE
