St Francis Bay Lodge is a gorgeous thatched lodge in the unique village of St Francis Bay and a mere 600m walk to the beach. Relax in one of our luxury rooms for a romantic weekend getaway or bring the kids and stay in our spacious family room. All our rooms boast extra length king-size beds, Percale linen and are all ensuite.

Local Facilities
We are within easy walking distance of the main beach, pubs and restaurants, the tennis courts, bowling club and the main shopping centre. A short drive away is the St Francis Links Golf Course. Deep sea, river and surf fishing can be arranged and we have our own fly fishing guide in house.
There are a number of beauty salons nearby, a wellness centre and a local gym.
Horse riding trips on the beach or along forest trails can be arranged and are located close by.
Hiking trails abound through the numerous nature reserves in Cape St Francis, a short drive away and between St Francis, the Port and Oyster Bay. Bicycles can be hired locally and is a great way to get around the village. Canal cruises on St Francis Bay’s unique canal system are a must.
A visit to the Port is a great way to spend an afternoon, sitting at one of the many pubs or restaurants, watching the yachts and calamari fishing boats. In Cape St Francis, there is a lighthouse and penguin sanctuary to visit as well as excellent beaches, many nature reserves and great fishing spots.
St Francis Bay and Cape St Francis are both very popular and well known surfing spots and people come from all over the world to catch the famous waves.
