DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
To confirm reservations, a 50% non refundable deposit is required. Provisional booking only valid for 2 working days. Should the client fail to confirm, we will release the booking. Full pre-payment will be required 45 days prior to arrival date. Should this payment not be received, we will release the booking and re-sell the villa.
Breakage deposit – R5,000 cash upon arrival
CANCELLATION POLICY
Full pre-payments are not refundable if the cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to the arrival date. In the event of premature departures, we will be obliged to charge for the full extent of the pre-booked stay. Please send proof of payment once the 50% deposit has been paid.
