The kitchen is fully equipped with a six plate gas hob / electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier.

The upstairs and downstairs patios provide the perfect setting to relax and absorb the magnificent views of the beach, harbour and Hout Bay valley. A double sided fireplace between the main lounge and TV lounge makes for cosy winters nights. The separate TV lounge has a large flat-screen TV and modern entertainment facilities, doors leading on the mountain and outdoor entertainment area with table seating eight for al fresco dining on warm summer evenings.

A separate children’s playroom has a flat-screen TV, toys and books to amuse the little ones
