Had a wonderful stay at the Southern Light. Although a little intimidating waiting for someone to let you in at the gate the overall experience comes highly recommended and I wish we could have stayed more than one night. The rooms are modern and the bed and bedding exceptionally comfortable. The decor is modern and the staff were friendly but discreet. The beautiful gardens and pool topped off an excellent experience. The only downfall was it was not within walking distance to Peddlers on the Bend as indicated, however a lovely place to stay! |
