CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellation more than four weeks prior to the function date and the initial payment has been paid - 50% of the amount of the initial payment;
• Between two week to four weeks prior to the function date and the full payment has been paid – 50% of the full payment;
• Less than two week prior to the function date and the full payment has been paid – 100% of the full payment (i.e no refund of fees)
