DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A non refundable pre-payment of 50% is payable to confirm your reservation payable within 72 hours from date of confirmation. We require either credit card details or pre-payment as necessary guarantee for the reservation

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a cancellation and SP Lodge & Spa are unable to re-sell the rooms your deposit will be forfeited. Should the Lodge re-sell the room an admin fee of 20% of total value of booking will be payable.

Please note - that refunds if applicable will be done 30 days from date of cancellation
