Notes:
A minimum stay of 3 nights in Rondavels and 5 nights in Serenity House is required during December Peak Season. A minimum 3 night stay required in all accommodation over Easter Weekend.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Full prepayment on all 1 night bookings payable within 72 hours of booking.
50% deposit payable on all other bookings within 72 hours of booking unless prior arrangements made.
Payment of balance in full on arrival for all other bookings.
Payment of balance in full 2 weeks prior to arrival for bookings in excess of 2 nights during peak season .
Bookings automatically cancelled if deposit or prepayment not received timeously.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Less than 7 days prior to check in date = Forfeit 100%
Less than 14 days prior to check in date = Forfeit 75%
Less than 28 days prior to check in date = Forfeit 50 %

An admin fee of R100 is charged on all cancellations
