Seasons:
Low Season: 1-31 March, 1 May to 30 June and 1-31 August, excludes long weekends and school holidays
Mid Season: 1-28 February, 1-31 July, 1 September to 30 November, excludes school holidays
High Season: Long weekends, school holidays and special events
Peak Season: 1 December to 31 January
Notes:
An additional charge of R50 per child per night.
An additional charge of R150 per adult per night.
A minimum of R300 breakage deposit will be charged depending the amount of people accommodated.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. The balance of payment has to be paid 7days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A refund will only be considered if the booking is cancelled 3 weeks prior to your date of arrival and subject to the condition that we are able to re-let the entire period of your confirmed reservation. Please note that 20% of the total accommodation charge per your reservation will be levied as a cancellation fee regardless.
