Sea Cottage Guest Homes is a beach front property situated in the charming coastal village of Zinkwazi Beach on the KwaZulu Natal North Coast. Zinkwazi is approx 90 kms north from Durban International Airport. One of Zinkwazi’s original homes and hidden amongst huge old coastal milkwoods, the property is situated close to the main swimming beach and lagoon. All cottages have direct beach access off the property along a short path through the natural vegetation of coastal bush. There is also a large deck overlooking the beach. The property boasts a large garden with diverse bird-life. Parking is off street within the property. AccommodationThe guest cottages offer very comfortable and spacious self-catering accommodation ideally suited for family holidays. Guests can enjoy their meals on the deck overlooking the beach, around the swimming pool or outside their own cottage. Guests have full use of the swimming pool and covered entertainment area. Facilities at the entertainment area include a table tennis table, a large Weber braai and table and chairs for dining; as well as a bar with plasma screen and DSTV (bring own card). The cottages are all supplied with linen and bath towels. (Bring own beach towels). Cottage 1: (Wheel-chair friendly) This cottage overlooks the lush indigenous vegetation of the property. Equipped with a queen size bed as well as an additional single bed for a child. There is an inter leading door to cottage 2 for larger families. The cottage is fully equipped with a large fridge and stove as well as all other needs for a self catering stay. The cottage has a spacious en suite shower. Sleeps 2 Adults and 1 child max. Cottage 2: Situated back-to-back with cottage 1 via an interleading door. This cottage offers spacious twin beds and tea and coffee making facilities. Would suit guests sharing with cottage 1 or those not requiring self catering. It has an en suite bathroom (no shower). Sleeps 2 Adults max. Cottage 3: Cottage 3 is air conditioned and close to the pool area. It is fully equipped for self-catering purposes with a fridge and stove. The cottage is spacious and fitted with large twin beds. Sleeps 2 adults max. Cottage 4: A large 2 bedroom air conditioned cottage with its own fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area and private patio. The cottage also has its own TV and DSTV (bring your own card). Bedroom 1 is fitted with large twin beds and bedroom 2 is fitted with 2 bunk beds. The cottage is spacious and well appointed and is the ideal choice for a larger family. Sleeps 2 Adults and 4 children max. Cottage 5: Cottage 5 is the baby of the cottages but still well appointed. It has air conditioning, bar fridge, a 2 plate stove and well as twin beds. It is ideal for the budget traveler who still wants the convenience of a property on the beach. Sleeps 2 Adults max. ActivitiesVisitors can enjoy the beautiful beach or explore the many activities of the surrounding areas such as golf, Nature Reserves, Crocodile farm, Sharks Board, Sibaya Casino and Gateway shopping centre in Umhlanga, and much more.
