DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Deposits are often required to confirm a booking. Please enquire with Seacliffe Lodge for details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the agreed
arrival date forfeit 100% of the deposit.
Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 75% of the
deposit or 30% of the booking quote value, whichever the greater.
Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the
deposit or 30% of the booking total, whichever is the greater.

Seacliffe Lodge levies a 10% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should
refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R175 charge will be
levied.

If a client decides to leave early or cut their accommodation shorter on arrival, then they are due to pay the full amount of the booking including the days they do not stay
