DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

To confirm a booking we require a 30% deposit. This will be deducted from the total account but is however non-refundable should you cancel less than 3 months prior to arrival. The balance (70%) is payable either by direct deposit a week prior to arrival or in cash on arrival. In addition, a R2000.00 breakages deposit is required. This can be paid by direct deposit or by credit card. This is fully refundable at the end of your stay, subject to an inventory check.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable should you cancel less than 3 months prior to arrival.
