DIRECTIONS
Proceed along Mahatma Gandhi (old Point Rd) towards the harbour or follow the signs to Ushaka Marine World.
At the entrance to the Point Precinct (there is a waterfall in the middle island and a huge sign to Ushaka Marine World) you proceed straight ahead.
After Camperdown Road you will find Browns Road, turn left into Browns Road.
Proceed down Browns Road towards the sea, you will cross over a bridge (if you look to your left you will see the Ushaka Marine World as well as Parking Area B), continue until the road reaches the gate of the Yacht Club and proceed to the right.
You would have the Yacht Club and the sea on your left and you can see the apartment on your right hand side (Left block, grey in colour, 11 floors). Continue along the road until you can turn right to the main entrance. There will be a sign “Quayside on Timeball”. Park next to Security.
Instructions would have been given on where to collect the key. Flat is on the 9th floor, no. 906. The geyser and air-con circuit breakers will most probably be switched off.
