DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

We request 50% of the total cost for your accommodation as deposit. This can be done, either by providing your Credit Card number, expiry date and CVC number (preferred method) or by payment into our banking account. A faxed or emailed copy of the deposit slip is required as proof of payment. In the event of non-payment of a deposit, we reserve the right to cancel any bookings without notice or liability to the client. Please note that proof of payment is the client's responsibility; we will only confirm bookings on receipt of Card details or a deposit into our banking account.
Early departure fee: 50 % of daily rate for each day/s accommodation cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations carry a 10% handling fee
Non arrivals: NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT
Less than 1 week notice: NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT
1 to 2 weeks notice: 25% of deposit refund
2 to 4 weeks notice: 50% of deposit refund
4 weeks or more notice: Full refund of deposit
The above conditions may be relaxed under exceptional circumstances.
