ACCOMMODATIONThis delightfully restored house, built in the 1930s, is set in an elegantly landscaped lush garden. It has a crystal mountain pool with rock feature waterfalls. The large conservatory caters for special functions or for corporate meetings. The facilities comprise 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one large bathroom with bath and shower, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower), a comfortable lounge and dining area, a large conservatory opening to the garden, and a fully equipped kitchen that makes for easy self-catering. The house is sunny as it is north facing and winter chills are kept away with three fireplaces. There are infra-red heaters in all the bathrooms and heaters in each bedroom. FACILITIESThere is secure parking for six vehicles behind automatic gates. The village shopping area of Parkview is within five minutes walking distance to sidewalk restaurants, Spar, Deli, Postnet, pharmacies, gift shops and other conveniences. Other features include DSTV, continental breakfast or “brown bag” by arrangement, transfers, laundry and dry cleaning services. You may wish to order a “brown bag” breakfast to get an early start and miss the traffic.
