DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
To secure a booking 50% of the total amount must be deposited into our account within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation of booking.
• 24 hours applies if the booking is confirmed within a 7 days or less;
• 48 hours applies if the booking is confirmed within 8 days or more.
If a deposit is not received within these times then Olive Tree reserves the right to accept other bookings.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation 0 – 14 days before date of arrival: client forfeits 100% of deposit paid
Cancellation 15 – 28 days before date of arrival: client forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value paid (whichever is the greater).
Cancellations must be done in writing and bank details (where relevant) supplied. Cancellation will be effected within 4 working days of receipt of written instructions to cancel a reservation.
