DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. Deposits made to guarantee bookings are non refundable. The balance of accommodation is to be paid on arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received up until one month prior to check-in date the guest is liable for the full deposit.
Cancellations received 14 to 30 days prior to check-in date are subject to 75% of the total booking value.
Cancellations received 0 to 14 days prior to check-in date, no show or early departure are subject to the total booking value.
Rooms that are not occupied by 18h30 will be seen as a no show, unless prior arrangements have been made.
